On March 2, 2023, at 7:31 p.m., Charleston Police officers responded to a shooting at The Jaunt apartment complex located at 1840 Carriage Lane in Charleston, South Carolina. Upon arrival, they found 32-year-old Adan Obed Aguilar-Suarez suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Charleston County EMS and the Charleston County Coroner's Office declared Aguilar-Suarez deceased at the scene.
