Talekuz Kwalih Williams, a 15-year-old from Charleston, SC, tragically lost his life on July 15, 2018, in a shooting incident at the Ashley Oaks Apartment complex. The events leading to his death were part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of 17-year-old Juquel Young.
