Janice Webb, a 48-year-old African American woman from Cleveland, Ohio, was last seen in June 2009. Known for her vibrant personality and love for family, she was described by relatives as a natural comedian who enjoyed singing and pulling pranks. Despite her joyful spirit, Janice Webb struggled with a crack cocaine addiction, which had a profound impact on her life in the Buckeye neighborhood of Cleveland. Her family reported her missing in August 2009, two months after her disappearance.
