Alaya S. Brown, a 9-year-old girl from Cleveland, OH, tragically died on July 15, 2016, after being shot in the head. The incident occurred in the 4100 block of East 146th Street in Cleveland. Alaya was rushed to the hospital, but the bullet caused severe damage to her brain and skull, leading to her death.
