On June 26, 2023, 46-year-old Kevin Wain Neese was fatally shot during a road rage incident at the intersection of Bellview Road and Concord Avenue in Anderson, South Carolina. According to the Anderson Police Department, Neese approached another individual at the intersection and was involved in an altercation when he was shot in the chest. He was transported to AnMed Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
