On December 2, 2019, Larendas Lashawn Martin, a 35-year-old resident of Anderson, South Carolina, was fatally shot. The incident occurred in the early evening near the intersection of Southwood and West Market streets. According to reports, Martin was driving a yellow Chevy Camaro when he was shot twice. He was transported to AnMed Health Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries during surgery.
