On September 26, 2023, Christopher Haynes, 21, and Daeonte K. Lang, 25, both residents of Columbia, South Carolina, were fatally shot at the Greenbrier Apartments located in the 1000 block of Willow Oak Drive. Responding to reports of gunfire around 1 a.m., deputies discovered both men deceased on the ground outside a third-story apartment.
