Death by Force

John Barnett, a 62-year-old former Boeing employee and whistleblower, was found dead on March 9, 2024, in Charleston, South Carolina. Barnett's body was discovered in his truck in the parking lot of a Holiday Inn where he was staying. The Charleston County Coroner's Office reported that Barnett died from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
