On a summer evening in Charleston, South Carolina, a dispute tragically cut short the life of Timothy Ray Haman Jr. The 41-year-old sous-chef, a White male who had recently relocated from Colorado, was on Hanover Street helping his daughter move furniture on August 8, 2019.
