On April 19, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Summerville, South Carolina, resulting in the deaths of 19-year-old Ashton Pugh and 18-year-old Tyrell Epps. The two teenagers were found dead inside a vehicle in the parking lot of the Gates of Summerville apartment complex on Boone Hill Road. The Summerville Police Department immediately launched a homicide investigation into the double murder.
