On May 3, 2024, 42-year-old Antrina Natasha "Plain Jane" Smith was found deceased at her residence in Greenville, South Carolina. The Greenville County Coroner's Office determined that she died from a gunshot wound to the head.
Following an investigation, the Greenville Police Department arrested 19-year-old Nyjaylan Smith, charging him with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Authorities confirmed that the victim and the suspect were family members.
