On a Monday morning in Aiken, South Carolina, the quiet of the 300 block of Greenwich Drive was shattered by the sound of gunfire. It was May 6, 2024, and at approximately 11:10 a.m., officers from the Aiken Department of Public Safety responded to reports of a shooting in the area.
