Any updates on this case?
On August 18, 2024, at approximately 4:30 a.m., 20-year-old Saquan Amaru Logan was found deceased outside the Sleep Inn hotel on Broad Street in Sumter, South Carolina. Another victim, 19-year-old Tyriq Demari Spann, was also discovered at the scene. Both men had suffered fatal gunshot wounds. The Sumter County Coroner's Office confirmed their identities, and autopsies were scheduled at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
