On January 11, 2023, 16-year-old Montevious Quartez Goss from Louisville, Mississippi, was reported missing. He was last seen around 7:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Dean Drive, entering a green Dodge single-cab pickup truck. In response, the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation issued an Endangered/Missing Child Alert to solicit public assistance in locating him.
