In the late summer evening of August 3, 2023, the life of 47-year-old Kelvin Sherrod Irving, a male resident of Jackson, Mississippi, was tragically cut short. On that Thursday, events unfolded on Nashville Street that would leave one man dead and another facing a murder charge.
