Billy Mitchell, a 65-year-old resident of Meridian, Mississippi, passed away on October 2, 2023. He was a concrete worker and light laborer when he was able to work. He is survived by his children: Johnny Jones of Hattiesburg, MS; Mitchell Neal of Meridian; LaPorche Jones of Gulfport, MS; and Kalencia Mitchell of Meridian.
