In the winter of 2023, a violent altercation in Philadelphia, Mississippi, tragically cut short the life of 26-year-old Lamontae Salley of Eupora. On the morning of Friday, December 8th, Philadelphia Police were dispatched to a residence on Bay Street following reports of a shooting.
