Eric "Spud" Tindell, a 41-year-old resident of Smith County, Mississippi, tragically lost his life in a hunting accident on Friday, December 29, 2023. The incident occurred on Forestry Service Road 516, where emergency services responded to a 911 call around 5:30 PM. Upon arrival, first responders discovered that Tindell had sustained a fatal gunshot wound while hunting.
