In the late summer of 2022, a beloved member of the Gulfport, Mississippi community, Kelvin Simmons, Jr., was tragically taken from his family and friends. A 47-year-old man, he was known affectionately as 'Goat' to those who knew him best. Beyond his warm personality, he was a dedicated professional truck driver for many years, a career he eventually had to leave behind due to a battle with kidney disease.
