In a tragic turn of events stemming from a personal conflict, Siris Queon Samaritan Catchings, a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot on March 4, 2024, in Jackson, Mississippi. The incident unfolded in front of a relative's home on Barrett Avenue, bringing a violent end to what police described as an ongoing dispute concerning Catchings' wife. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Catchings had succumbed to his injuries.
