In the late hours of March 10, 2024, the life of 33-year-old Marvin Dewayne Horn Jr., a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in a hail of gunfire at the Village Apartments on Mosby Road in Meridian, Mississippi. The violent incident saw more than 30 rounds discharged, striking the apartment building and several vehicles in the vicinity.
