On March 11, 2024, Christopher Patterson was fatally shot at a residence on Cardinal Street in Jackson, Mississippi. The Jackson Police Department identified James Harris, 28, as the primary suspect in the case. Harris is accused of shooting and killing Patterson at the Cardinal Street home.
