Carlos Collins, a 25-year-old resident of Jackson, Mississippi, was fatally shot on April 9, 2024. The incident occurred in the early morning hours near the intersection of Lynch and Dalton Streets. Responding officers found Collins with multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
