Crystal Lynn Welch, a 42-year-old associate clinical professor at Mississippi College School of Law, was tragically killed in a triple homicide on May 12, 2024, in Ridgeland, Mississippi. The incident occurred at a home on Old Canton Road, where Crystal was found dead along with her mother, Ida Thomas Welch, 76, and her sister, Vicky Renee Welch, 56. All three women had been shot to death in the living room of the residence.
