Death by Force

On July 21, 2024, Derrick Coleman, a 48-year-old man from Jackson, Mississippi, was fatally shot at a Shell gas station. The incident resulted in the deaths of Coleman and Jasvir Singh, the 37-year-old owner of the gas station. Four other individuals were injured in the shooting.
