Demario Smith, aged 31, tragically lost his life on September 3, 2015, in Jackson, Mississippi. The incident occurred in the afternoon when Smith was sitting inside a vehicle at the intersection of Poindexter and Deer Park streets. According to reports, another car approached, and a man exited the vehicle, opening fire on Smith. One of the bullets struck Smith in the head.
