On January 2, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in Detroit, Michigan, resulting in the deaths of 17-year-old Jamil Thornton and his 26-year-old half-brother, Daniel Berry. The two brothers were fatally shot by their cousin in a shocking act of violence that has left the family devastated.
