On January 11, 2023, Mallory Dunnivant, a 35-year-old resident of Mount Morris, Michigan, was tragically shot and killed at the Harvard Apartments building. The incident occurred just before 7 p.m. when police were dispatched to the scene following a 9-1-1 call reporting a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Dunnivant unresponsive on the floor, with her sister kneeling beside her. Despite efforts to save her, Dunnivant was pronounced dead from gunshot wounds.
