In a story that shook the city of Detroit, Devon A. Hoover, a respected 53-year-old male neurosurgeon, was found dead in his historic Boston-Edison home on April 23, 2023. The discovery was made during a welfare check requested by his family after he failed to arrive in Indiana to be with his ailing mother.
