On the morning of August 4, 2023, a day that should have marked a new chapter in her life, 35-year-old Andricka Sims-McIntosh was killed in Detroit, Michigan. She was scheduled to appear in court for a divorce proceeding, but tragically, she never made it. As she was leaving her home on Gunston Street, she was ambushed by her estranged husband, Breon McIntosh, who was also 35.
