On September 15, 2023, 30-year-old Shanequa L. Fields and 26-year-old Jesse Brown were found deceased in an apartment at the Sunridge Apartments complex in Flint Township, Michigan. Both individuals had sustained gunshot wounds. Authorities responded to reports of gunshots around 3:30 p.m. and discovered the bodies upon arrival.
