In the early morning hours of October 6, 2023, the quiet community of Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan, was shaken by a tragic event that would forever alter the lives of the Doheny family. Inside their grandmother's home on Brys Drive, 19-year-old Dennis 'Denny' Doheny, a male, was fatally shot. The stillness of the night was broken by a 911 call reporting the shooting, and when police arrived at approximately 12:43 a.m., they discovered a heartbreaking scene.
