In the late hours of a Friday in March, the life of 25-year-old Ruby Garcia of Grand Rapids, Michigan, was tragically cut short. Her body was discovered on the shoulder of US-131, bearing the brutal marks of multiple gunshot wounds. The initial investigation by Michigan State Police immediately pointed towards foul play, launching a search for answers and a quest for justice for a woman remembered by her family as being full of life and laughter.
