On November 9, 2024, Valentina Liliana Colban, a 37-year-old woman from Redford Charter Township, Michigan, was shot and killed at the Travelers Motor Inn Motel. The incident occurred early in the morning, just before 5 a.m. When police arrived at the scene, they found Colban suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite efforts to provide life-saving measures, she was pronounced dead shortly after being transported to a hospital.
