Debra Alexandria Manning, a 35-year-old woman, was tragically murdered on December 30, 1979, in Goleta, Santa Barbara County, California. She was killed alongside Dr. Robert Offerman, and their deaths were later linked to the infamous serial offender known as the Golden State Killer, also referred to as the Original Night Stalker. Manning and Offerman were found murdered in their home, a crime that was part of a series of violent attacks attributed to the Golden State Killer.
