Debra Alexandria Manning, a 35-year-old woman, was tragically murdered on December 30, 1979, in Goleta, Santa Barbara County, California. She was killed alongside Dr. Robert Offerman, and their deaths were later linked to the infamous serial offender known as the Golden State Killer, also referred to as the Original Night Stalker.
