Guadalupe Concepion Ramos Swartz, aged 52, tragically lost her life on January 30, 2006, in Goleta, California. Her death was part of a horrific mass shooting carried out by Jennifer San Marco, a former postal worker with a history of psychological issues. San Marco, who had previously been employed at the Santa Barbara Processing and Distribution Center, returned to the facility armed with a 9mm semiautomatic pistol.
