In the early morning hours of March 22, 2023, the life of 23-year-old Nathaniel Towler, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 3:16 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 3700 block of 9th Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Towler suffering from gunshot wounds.
