On March 22, 2023, Nathaniel Towler, a 23-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed in the early hours of the morning. The incident occurred at approximately 3:16 a.m. in the 3700 block of 9th Street. Upon arrival, police officers found Towler suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
