Darryl Burks Jr., a 25-year-old medical technician from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically found dead on November 30, 2017. His body was discovered in a burning vacant rowhouse located in the 3000 block of Rayner Avenue in the Mosher neighborhood of West Baltimore.
