Tommy Elijah Gouge, a 20-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 23, 2021. He was found with a gunshot wound to the face at the Canyon Creek Apartments on Stone Canyon Road in North Dallas. Authorities pronounced him dead at the scene. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 1:30 a.m., when officers responded to a call about a shooting.
