Seals was last seen by his sister-in-law on 19.June.2006 at approximately 1730 hours (05:30 P.M. C.S.T.). Seals' vehicle was discovered six (6) days later within the City of Mobile, Alabama Police Department's jurisdiction; however, Seals was never located.
