On what was supposed to be a regular morning, 23-year-old Xavier Matthews, a male resident of Temple Hills, Maryland, found himself in a situation that would tragically end his life. On June 28, 2023, Prince George's County Police were called to a Super 8 motel in Camp Springs around 7 a.m. following reports of a shooting.
