On the evening of September 16, 2020, a sense of unease fell over a neighborhood in Temple Hills, Maryland. Inside a home on Keating Street, 21-year-old Kendall Conrad, a Black / African American male from Washington, D.C., was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The quiet of the evening was shattered around 7:10 p.m. when patrol officers were called to the scene of the shooting.
