In the summer of 2023, the life of 40-year-old Cederic Allen Warner of Silver Spring, Maryland, was cut short in an act of violence that unfolded within the walls of a Lockwood Drive apartment. On the evening of July 5th, Montgomery County Police responded to reports of a shooting and discovered Warner inside a residence, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Despite the immediate life-saving efforts of the officers and the subsequent arrival of Fire and Rescue services, Warner was pronounced dead at the scene. Marshall was wanted in connection with the shooting death of Cederic Warner.
