Death by Force

On September 6, 2023, at approximately 12:04 a.m., Baltimore Police officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 3500 block of Frisby Street, located in the city's Northern District. Upon arrival, they discovered two male victims suffering from gunshot wounds: 21-year-old George Dukes Jr. and a 57-year-old man whose identity has not been publicly disclosed. Tragically, Dukes was pronounced dead at the scene, while the 57-year-old victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
