On September 10, 2023, at approximately 2:04 p.m., Aberdeen Police Department officers responded to a report of a cardiac arrest in the 500 block of Walker Street, Aberdeen, Maryland. Upon arrival, they discovered 23-year-old Darius Pittman suffering from injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. Tragically, Pittman was pronounced dead at the scene.
