On October 30, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in Northeast Baltimore, resulting in the death of 16-year-old Khaleel Jones. The young student from REACH! Partnership School was found unresponsive lying in the street in the 2500 block of East Orleans Street around 11:30 p.m.
