Davon Fair, a 24-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot on March 14, 2017, in the 4000 block of White Avenue. He succumbed to his injuries three days later at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Fair's death was one of the many homicides that plagued Baltimore during a particularly violent year, with the city recording 343 homicides in 2017.
