In the spring of 2017, a promising young man's life was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. Davon Fair, a 24-year-old male, was shot on the evening of March 14, 2017, in the 4000 block of White Avenue. He was on his way home after visiting a friend when the attack occurred around 11 p.m. Fair succumbed to his injuries three days later at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
