On a summer evening in Baltimore, the life of Dwayne Michael Hall was cut short by gunfire. On July 25, 2016, in the 1000 block of East Patapsco Avenue, the 24-year-old Black male was found by police responding to a shooting report at approximately 9:49 p.m. He had sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition, but he did not survive his injuries.
