In the early moments of February 16, 2024, the life of Dwayne Lester Flintall Jr., a 38-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. At approximately 12:31 a.m., patrol officers from the Western District responded to a report of a shooting in the 900 block of North Carrollton Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered Flintall unresponsive, having sustained apparent gunshot wounds.

were in vain as Flintall was pronounced deceased right where he was found.
