In the late afternoon of a crisp autumn day, the quiet of a Baltimore neighborhood was shattered by gunfire. On April 18, 2024, tragedy struck on North Glover Street, where a 30-year-old man named Raymond McCoy was found suffering from a gunshot wound. The call to police came in at approximately 11:40 a.m., and upon their arrival, officers discovered the grave scene in the 800 block of the residential street.
